Administrative Vision & Execution

As mandated by the State Government under Section 23 of the Waqf Act 1995 (as amended up to 2025), the office of the Chief Executive Officer is dedicated to the robust supervision, legal protection, and efficient day-to-day administration of all 14,962 registered Waqf estates.

Operating from our Head Office near Tajul Masajid, Royal Market, Bhopal, our executive team works closely with local management committees, authorized Mutawallis, and regional offices across Indore, Gwalior, and Jabalpur to safeguard trust properties from illegal encroachments.

Through continuous monitoring of the central UMEED Portal digitization process, monthly remuneration disbursements for Imams and Moazzins, and strict enforcement of lease rental guidelines, we remain steadfast in our mission to uphold public trust and accountability.
